The task at hand was to replace almost all of the plumbing, and install water filtration for the entire house. Additionally, the water and gas lines would have to be relocated over 600 feet from the street to our home. It is not an exaggeration to say that this was an enormous project. Within a few short days our entire property was undergoing service, which sounds terrible, but the end result was perfect. The Menlo Atherton Plumbing crew did an amazing job of restoring our home. Menlo Atherton Plumbing used the best materials and methodically laid out a plan to get the job done right. This was not an easy project, but their great attention to detail was evident. The company’s owner, Kregg, has a great staff, and together they all worked closely with us. The job was always clean and picked up at the end of the day which was important since we were living in the house. A few years after the project’s completion, we decided to add an addition to our house and again, Kregg was our man. Kregg listens to the needs of his client, and has the ability to make additional recommendations. His work is of the highest quality, his communication skills are excellent and he is dedicated from start to finish. Kregg gives accurate estimates, and an accurate timeline for how long the project will take. It was clear through his efforts and ease in working with all of the simultaneous sub contractors, that Kregg could also manage many facets of the job. What sets Kregg apart from all the rest is his ability to communicate clearly, incredible cleanliness, attention to detail, and above all, his loyalty. Kregg takes his work very seriously and always wants to make sure his client is happy throughout the project. He provides regular updates, progress reports, and is available to provide any additional information his client may need. Kregg treats his clients and his staff with respect which creates a palpable harmony amongst everyone involved. His ability to identify potential plumbing issues before they become a problem has proven to prevent any future mishaps.
